How it works

## How the appointment works

Booking is simple, here are the steps:

1. **Choose a day and time**
    
    Select a slot from the calendar above. If you can't find one that suits you, drop me a line and we'll find one together.
    
2. **You'll receive confirmation**
    
    Once confirmed, Google Calendar will send you an email with the appointment details and a reminder before the session.
    
3. **Do you need any adjustments?**
    
    You can let me know when booking if there's anything I can do to make the first session more comfortable or accessible. If you have any specific queries before the appointment, I'll get in touch with you to sort them out quickly.
    
4. **First session**
    
    50 minutes to get to know each other, understand what has brought you here and decide together on the next step.

## Cancellation and rescheduling

To ensure the proper organisation of sessions and to be able to offer availability to everyone I see, my practice requires a **minimum of 48 hours' notice** to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Cancellations or changes made with **48 hours or more notice** will not incur any cost.

If an appointment is cancelled or rescheduled with **less than 48 hours' notice**, or if there is a **no-show without notice**, the session may be charged in full.

I appreciate your understanding and cooperation. This policy helps me manage the schedule and reserve the time needed to give each person proper care.
