Professional support for those who work every day with neurodivergent people.

Bringing a neurodiversity perspective to clinical practice requires not only technical knowledge, but also an ethical framework and a reflective disposition.

In addition, neurodivergence should not be understood as a niche reserved for specialised professionals. Underdiagnosis, late diagnosis and diagnostic inaccuracy mean that many people come to a practice without their neurodivergence having been recognised or sufficiently taken into account.

That is why, if you work in mental health, you will probably at some point come across cases in which a neuroaffirming perspective, informed by neurodevelopment, can help you understand better what is happening, adapt your way of working or consider whether an assessment could provide useful information.

I offer professional supervision to psychologists, therapists, educators and teachers, individually or in small groups, face to face or online. Each space adapts to the needs of whoever requests it and can focus on case consultation, clinical formulation, ethical dilemmas, reflective practice or preventing professional strain.

I also offer clinical sessions for teams. They can be especially useful when a centre does not usually work with neurodivergence, when cases arise that generate doubts or when a therapeutic process seems to have stalled. These sessions can focus on neurodivergence in general or go deeper into a specific condition, such as autism.

The goal is not to replace each professional's therapeutic model, but to help integrate a neuroaffirming perspective within their own way of working, taking into account how neurodevelopment can influence the person's experience, their support needs and the way intervention is framed.

1. **Initial contact**
    
    I get in touch to understand what you need: case supervision, reflective practice or continuing team training.
    
2. **Framing**
    
    We define the format, frequency, confidentiality and goals of the supervision.
    
3. **Sessions**
    
    Regular sessions of 50 or 90 minutes, individual or in group, with guidelines and support material.
    
4. **Evaluation**
    
    A check-in point to assess what is working and adjust the approach.

### Is supervision confidential?

Yes. What is shared in supervision is confidential, with the usual legal exceptions. The content is not used in any other context.

### Can I bring cases from my centre or practice?

Yes. Cases are anonymised and worked on with respect for the professional secrecy of each person involved. If a case requires more depth, individual case supervision can be arranged.

### Do you work with whole teams too?

Yes. Supervision can be for one person or for a team, and it can be combined with [neurodiversity training](https://neurodivergent.es/en/training/) for the same team.
